Each individual has a different definition of success. Many business owners, managers, and even employees simply do not know how to satisfy customers, or cannot deliver service the way they want to – therefore feeling “stuck”.
Alternately, individuals outside of the workplace can have the very same feeling. Feelings of being “stuck” are easy to come by, especially when an individual isn’t sure how to reach towards their goals. Those goals may be financial, career, educational, personal growth, or one of many other subjects. This is where I come in.
